Sandusky County EMS accepts cash, check, money order, and credit/debit card payments on accounts.
You will be asked to provide your account number, amount you will be paying, first and last name on the account, the payment method and corresponding account info.
There will be a convenience fee (2.75% of payment amount, minimum of $2.00) added to all credit/debit card payments and a $2.75 convenience fee added to all electronic check payments made through our payment processor, Point & Pay.
If you are unsure of your account balance, please contact our billing company, H.S.I. at 800-811-4045 or the EMS Office at 419-332-7313 to verify the current account balance before making a payment.
We are unable to process payments that have been placed for collection activity with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
There are 3 ways that you can pay your bill:
By phone to Point & Pay:

- Follow the prompts to enter the required info.
- You will be provided with a confirmation number once your transaction is
